This fits onto the Ultrastore 10mm water outlet and converts it to elbow for 12mm bore flexi hose fitting 
and secured with a pipe clip

These have a plastic nut and split olive designed to push over the metal connection coming out your water heater with the humped end 

Not suitable for use on the boilers with a smooth stem
